Young With Solutions has gained visibility through a TikTok for Business case study highlighting how it helped fragrance brand Swiss Arabian build a U.S. TikTok Shop operation from scratch and generate $449,552 in revenue over five months.

The case study, published by TikTok, documents a strategy combining organic content, TikTok Shop, creator affiliate partnerships and GMV Max advertising. TikTok reports that the campaign delivered a 4.49x overall ROI, with paid GMV Max activity generating $229,349 at a 4.50x ROI and affiliate partnerships contributing $220,203 at a 4.48x ROI.

Swiss Arabian entered the U.S. market without an established TikTok account or content library, while competing in the crowded fragrance-focused “PerfumeTok” category. Young With Solutions developed five audience segments around fragrance interests and produced more than 70 native-first videos, emphasizing product education rather than general lifestyle content.

According to TikTok's case study, 89% of traffic came through the For You Page, while the campaign generated more than 650,000 post views and 3,615 followers.

The campaign illustrates a broader shift in social commerce from treating organic content, influencer marketing and paid media as separate activities. Instead, brands are increasingly connecting discovery content with commerce infrastructure and performance advertising.

For Swiss Arabian, the model linked creator-generated and organic content with TikTok Shop's transaction layer. Young With Solutions also used TikTok Shop affiliates and GMV Max to amplify content and convert platform discovery into purchases. TikTok's own case study identifies the combined approach as a key component of the campaign's performance.

The results also highlight the growing role of TikTok as more than a short-form video platform for direct-to-consumer brands. TikTok's case-study directory currently lists the Swiss Arabian campaign among its business success stories, with $449K in revenue, 650K-plus post views and more than 3.6K followers.

Young With Solutions, which describes itself as a TikTok and social commerce agency, was previously recognized as a TikTok Marketing Partner. The agency has also reported generating more than $115 million in gross merchandise value across brands over six years, although that figure is an agency-reported claim rather than an independently audited industry metric.

Market Landscape

Social commerce is increasingly combining content creation, creator partnerships, paid media and native checkout into unified customer journeys. TikTok Shop is particularly relevant to DTC brands because product discovery and purchase can occur within the same platform ecosystem.

The Swiss Arabian case is notable because it demonstrates how an account starting without an established audience can combine audience segmentation, native content and commerce tools. However, a single brand case study does not establish that the same ROI will be replicated across categories or advertisers.

Strategic Outlook

The competitive opportunity for agencies is shifting toward integrated execution. Rather than managing TikTok content, creators and advertising independently, agencies can increasingly differentiate through their ability to connect these functions to measurable commerce outcomes.

For DTC marketers, the key consideration is whether creator content can consistently produce both engagement and attributable sales. As TikTok Shop adoption expands, the ability to measure the complete path from discovery to purchase will become increasingly important.
