Treasure AI Unveils Digital Worker and Real-Time Personalization Tools

Marketing technology vendors are moving beyond AI assistants that generate content toward autonomous systems designed to execute defined tasks across customer engagement workflows. At Agentic World 2026 in Miami, Treasure AI introduced Digital Worker, a governed AI teammate designed to turn customer signals into insights, recommendations, and actions. The company also launched Personalization Studio for real-time website personalization and announced a shift toward engagement-based email pricing. The announcements point to a broader effort to connect customer data, decision-making, and campaign execution within agentic marketing platforms.

Treasure AI Expands Its Agentic Marketing Platform

Treasure AI used its October 5–7 Agentic World 2026 conference at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa to demonstrate how agentic AI could move from product demonstrations into marketing operations. The company said more than 500 enterprise marketing, data, and technology leaders attended the three-day event.

The central announcement was Digital Worker, a purpose-built AI teammate built on Treasure AI Studio. Unlike a conventional generative AI assistant that primarily responds to prompts, Digital Worker is designed to perform defined marketing tasks using approved tools and governed customer information.

According to CEO and co-founder Kaz Ohta, these AI workers can operate on demand, follow schedules, or act proactively within permissions and guardrails established by teams. Human employees retain responsibility for strategy, relationships, judgment, and approvals at designated points.

The model reflects a key development in enterprise AI: moving from generating recommendations to executing multistep workflows. In marketing, that could mean interpreting customer behavior, identifying an opportunity, recommending an intervention, and helping execute a relevant campaign.

The commercial value will depend on how reliably these systems interpret customer signals, respect consent and access restrictions, and involve human reviewers when decisions require judgment. The announcement did not provide independent performance benchmarks or quantified productivity improvements for Digital Worker.

Personalization Studio and a New Email Pricing Model

Treasure AI also introduced Personalization Studio, a workspace for real-time website personalization. The product is intended to help marketing teams adapt digital experiences to customer context rather than rely exclusively on static pages or manually configured audience segments.

Website personalization is an established capability across the marketing technology market. Treasure AI's opportunity is to connect that experience directly with its broader agentic platform, allowing customer signals and marketing decisions to inform more coordinated interactions across channels.

The company also announced that it will price email based on customer engagement, such as clicks, rather than the number of messages sent. The change could alter the economics of high-volume email programs, where send-based pricing can encourage teams to focus on campaign volume instead of meaningful interactions.

Engagement-based pricing does not automatically guarantee better marketing outcomes. Clicks are an intermediate metric, and enterprises will still need to evaluate conversions, customer retention, revenue contribution, deliverability, and the potential for engagement incentives to distort campaign decisions.

A live keynote offered a demonstration of the platform's intended workflow. Treasure AI Chief Product and Growth Officer Rafa Flores used Treasure AI Studio and Personalization Studio to develop a clothing brand concept, research an audience, build a multistage customer journey, and produce emails ready for sending. The demonstration illustrated how connected AI tools might compress the time between an idea and campaign preparation, although a conference demonstration is not equivalent to independently verified production performance.

Enterprise Adoption and the Human Role

The conference also featured FUBU founder and Shark Tank investor Daymond John, who argued that AI could take over routine work while allowing businesses to invest more attention in human relationships. Customer presentations included Michaels, Nestlé Mexico, and Sony, while Forrester analyst Joe Stanhope participated in a discussion about AI, customer data, and marketing's future.

Those themes underscore the challenge facing enterprise marketing teams. Agentic platforms promise to reduce the coordination required across data analysis, audience selection, content development, and campaign execution. But the more responsibility an AI system receives, the more important it becomes to establish clear permissions, auditability, escalation procedures, and measurable business objectives.

Treasure AI's positioning puts governance alongside automation. Whether Digital Worker can deliver reliable results at enterprise scale will depend on the quality of its integrations, the customer data available to it, and how effectively organizations define the boundaries between automated execution and human decision-making.

Market Landscape

Treasure AI is competing in a market where customer data platforms, marketing automation providers, and enterprise software companies are adding AI-powered orchestration to their offerings. Salesforce, Adobe, and other established vendors already serve businesses seeking to coordinate customer profiles, personalized content, and multichannel campaigns.

The emerging distinction is between AI features embedded in existing tools and platforms designed to coordinate multistep tasks through agents. Treasure AI's Digital Worker is positioned in the latter category, while Personalization Studio connects that approach to website experiences.

For enterprise buyers, the comparison should extend beyond product demonstrations. Integration with existing data infrastructure, identity resolution, consent management, human approval workflows, security controls, and pricing transparency will help determine whether an agentic platform can operate reliably within a company's MarTech stack.

Strategic Outlook

Treasure AI's announcements reflect a shift toward marketing systems that combine customer data, AI-driven decisions, and execution within connected workflows. Digital Worker provides the automation layer, Personalization Studio addresses on-site experiences, and engagement-based email pricing changes how campaign activity is billed.

The next test is operational performance. Marketing teams will need evidence that agentic workflows improve conversion, retention, or campaign efficiency without introducing unacceptable privacy, brand-safety, or governance risks. As these systems mature, vendors that combine useful autonomy with clear human accountability may be better positioned to earn enterprise adoption.
