WRITER Launches Enterprise Brain to Unify Agentic Marketing

WRITER has unveiled Enterprise Brain, a governed context layer designed to give enterprise marketing and revenue teams and their AI agents access to shared brand knowledge, institutional expertise, decision logic and live business data.

The launch reflects a growing challenge as companies move from individual generative AI tools toward agentic workflows. While standalone AI assistants can automate tasks, they can also operate with limited organizational context. WRITER is attempting to address that gap by making enterprise knowledge available across agents, workflows and team interactions.

According to Gartner, 90% of marketing and sales executives report that their functional priorities conflict with one another. WRITER argues that disconnected AI systems can reinforce those organizational silos when teams use separate tools, prompts and sources of context.

Enterprise Brain is intended to create a shared foundation for a continuous customer journey spanning marketing and revenue functions. The platform is designed to connect information about accounts, opportunities, audiences, products, campaigns, content and customer conversations.

Market Landscape

Enterprise AI is increasingly moving beyond chatbot-style interactions toward systems that can execute tasks and workflows. That transition creates a new technology requirement: agents need reliable access to the business context required to make decisions and produce consistent outputs.

WRITER's approach places context beneath its agents and workflows rather than tying it to individual users or sessions. Its Agent Memory capability is designed to capture team-level decisions, ideas and preferences from conversations and work sessions.

The company is also expanding its brand and compliance controls. Enterprise Brain can incorporate messaging, content assets, visual identity, sub-brands and sub-voices, alongside organizational compliance rules and legal guardrails.

This positions enterprise context as a shared infrastructure layer rather than simply a collection of prompts or personal AI memories.

Strategic Outlook

WRITER is extending that context into the applications where marketing and revenue teams already work. The company says Enterprise Brain can connect with systems including Salesforce, Snowflake, Adobe Experience Manager, Gong and Contentful.

Its WRITER for Slack and Microsoft Teams capabilities allow employees to interact with WRITER Agent within workplace conversations, while WRITER Meet brings the agent into meetings across Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.

The meeting capability can transcribe discussions, generate summaries, capture decisions and action items, and answer questions about conversations. Strategically, this turns meeting information into reusable organizational context rather than leaving decisions isolated in individual records.

For marketing leaders, the broader implication is a move toward multi-user, multi-agent AI. The challenge will be maintaining governance and accuracy as shared context expands across teams and systems. If organizations can successfully establish that foundation, agentic AI could become more consistent with brand requirements and business decisions while reducing duplicated context across workflows.
