FlexOffers has appointed Dipak Joshi as Chief Executive Officer as the partner marketing network looks to expand its technology platform, publisher ecosystem and performance-based marketing capabilities for brands and creators.

Joshi brings more than 20 years of technology and business leadership experience to the role. His previous positions include leadership roles at Google and eBay, alongside senior positions at venture-backed and private-equity-backed technology businesses.

At FlexOffers, his mandate includes scaling the company's partner marketing business and advancing its AI-enabled publisher platform. The company connects brands with publishers, creators and media partners through performance-based programs designed to support customer acquisition and revenue generation.

Partner Marketing Moves Toward AI-Enabled Infrastructure

FlexOffers' platform sits within the broader affiliate and partner marketing ecosystem, where brands use third-party publishers and creators to extend digital reach while tying compensation to measurable outcomes.

The company says its technology strategy will increasingly incorporate artificial intelligence and agentic commerce. For brands, these developments could influence how partners are discovered, campaigns are managed and consumer acquisition opportunities are identified across digital channels.

The appointment comes as partner marketing continues to evolve beyond conventional affiliate links. Publishers, creators and media partners can increasingly operate as distributed acquisition channels, while platforms provide the technology for tracking partnerships and measuring commercial results.

Executive Experience Spans Technology and M&A

Joshi's background includes global technology operations, SaaS businesses, acquisitions, financing and corporate transformation.

According to FlexOffers, he participated in 42 acquisitions and integrations during his time at eBay, including transactions involving PayPal, Skype, Mercado Libre and Shopping.com. Across six private-equity and venture-capital-backed CFO positions, the company says he helped lead four businesses through exits with an aggregate value exceeding $750 million.

His international operating experience also includes developing shared-service centers across APAC, EMEA and the Americas.

That combination of technology, financial and operational experience will be relevant as FlexOffers attempts to scale its platform and partner network while adding emerging AI capabilities.

Market Landscape

Partner marketing is increasingly becoming a technology-led discipline. Brands need infrastructure capable of managing relationships across publishers, creators and other media partners while maintaining visibility into customer acquisition and commercial performance.

FlexOffers says its network currently connects more than 12,000 global brands with a curated group of publishers, creators and media partners. The company also reports that its platform has driven more than $5 billion in annual sales.

The competitive landscape includes affiliate networks, creator-commerce platforms and broader performance-marketing technology providers. Differentiation increasingly depends on the quality of partner discovery, tracking, automation and measurement capabilities.

Strategic Outlook

Joshi's appointment signals an emphasis on combining partner ecosystem scale with technology development.

The company's focus on AI-enabled publishing and agentic commerce could become particularly significant if automated systems begin influencing product discovery, recommendations and purchasing journeys. However, the commercial impact will depend on how effectively those technologies translate into measurable acquisition for brands and sustainable revenue opportunities for partners.

For FlexOffers, expanding capabilities for brands, publishers and creators will remain central to competing in a partner marketing market where performance measurement and technology integration are becoming increasingly important.
