SAN MATEO, Calif., March 24, 2026 – SurveyMonkey, the world’s most popular platform for surveys and forms, today launched “What if you just knew?,” an integrated brand campaign developed by its in-house creative agency, Studio M. The campaign explores the uncertainty leaders face when making decisions in today’s fast-moving business environment and how real feedback can help replace guesswork with clarity.

The campaign was developed by Studio M, SurveyMonkey’s in-house team of survey-obsessed creatives who build campaigns by gathering audience feedback early and often. The team
campaigns end-to-end—from early research and strategy to creative development and execution—testing messaging, pressure-testing ideas, and using real input from customers and audiences to shape the work before launch.

The campaign places viewers inside familiar workplace situations, from evaluating a bold new product idea to sensing that something may be off with team morale. Rather than resolving the moment, the spots pause at the point of tension and pose the question: What if you just knew?

Running nationally across streaming video, social media, digital display, podcasts, and digital out-of-home advertising, the campaign also includes prominent out-of-home placements in Chicago and Boston. In a twist that brings the campaign’s ideas to life, viewers are also invited to take the same playful surveys featured in the ads—creating an interactive “screen-to-survey” experience that shows how quickly teams can gather real feedback.

Studio M’s approach to feedback-led creative is increasingly important when stepping on toes is easier than ever. Ad agencies and in-house teams can use audience insight throughout the creative process to pressure-test ideas and refine campaigns before they go live. During development of “What if you just knew?,” the Studio M team ran surveys that informed messaging, creative direction, and market placements. One insight that shaped the campaign: 1 in 4 workers say they’re struggling or burned out at work, according to recent SurveyMonkey research—highlighting the kinds of questions leaders are trying to answer every day.

“We built this campaign the same way we encourage our customers to work: by listening first,” said Katie Miserany, chief communications officer and head of global marketing at SurveyMonkey. “When you gather feedback before you launch something, you get a glimpse at your blind spots and a way to challenge assumptions. You don’t have to be right, but you get a chance to get it right. And that could make all the difference.”

Alongside the establishment of Studio M, SurveyMonkey refreshed its brand manifesto to reflect the same idea behind the campaign: better decisions start with curiosity, listening, and real feedback from the people you serve.

To help more teams work this way, SurveyMonkey has also launched a free tools hub allowing anyone to try some of the company’s most popular research tools and calculators before creating an account. Several of the tools available in the hub, such as the AI survey generator, are the same ones used during development of the “What if you just knew?” campaign to quickly draft surveys and gather feedback from audiences.
