TEAM International is expanding its relationship with Sitecore and launching TEAMCX, a customer experience business focused on enterprises across Latin America.
The move follows TEAM International's elevation to Sitecore Platinum Partner status and an agreement under which TEAM will become the exclusive Sitecore reseller in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Argentina. The partnership is aimed at increasing local access to Sitecore's digital experience technology while combining licensing, implementation, managed services and ongoing optimization under one regional provider.
The expansion comes as Latin American enterprises continue investing in digital commerce, customer data and personalized experiences while facing the same technology fragmentation seen in larger global markets. For multinational companies, the challenge is increasingly less about acquiring individual marketing tools and more about connecting content, customer information, analytics and digital operations.
TEAM International says TEAMCX will bring Sitecore licensing, implementation, optimization and managed support together with capabilities covering content, customer experience, personalization, analytics and governance.
That integrated approach reflects a broader shift in the enterprise martech market.
Organizations have accumulated large technology stacks across content management, commerce, customer data, analytics and marketing automation. The result can be multiple systems with overlapping capabilities and fragmented ownership.
Sitecore has increasingly positioned its platform around digital experience, content and customer intelligence, while competitors such as Adobe, Salesforce and Optimizely are pursuing similarly integrated enterprise marketing and experience strategies.
For regional customers, however, technology capability is only one part of the purchasing decision. Implementation expertise, local language and market knowledge, support coverage and regulatory understanding can influence the success of a large-scale digital transformation.
TEAMCX is being positioned around that local delivery requirement.
TEAM International's Platinum Partner designation represents the highest level of its relationship with Sitecore, according to the announcement.
The company says the status reflects its technical and delivery capabilities for enterprise environments. The expanded relationship will give TEAM a larger role in selling and implementing Sitecore technology across five Latin American markets.
For Sitecore, the arrangement provides another channel for regional expansion without relying exclusively on direct sales and delivery operations.
For TEAM International, the partnership provides an opportunity to deepen its position in customer experience transformation while creating a more specialized business around Sitecore's technology.
The arrangement also reflects the importance of regional partners in enterprise software markets. Large organizations often require substantial implementation work after purchasing a platform, including integrations with existing enterprise systems, migration of content and data, personalization configuration and ongoing technical support.
TEAMCX is describing its ecosystem as AI-powered, reflecting the growing role of artificial intelligence in customer experience platforms.
AI is increasingly being incorporated into content operations, personalization, analytics, search, customer service and marketing workflows. For enterprise organizations, the challenge is less about finding individual AI features and more about integrating them into existing governance and data structures.
This is particularly important for organizations operating across multiple countries.
AI-powered personalization, for example, depends on reliable customer data, appropriate consent practices and consistent content. Similarly, generative AI can accelerate content production but can create governance risks when enterprises lack clear approval and brand controls.
The inclusion of governance within TEAMCX's offering therefore points to an important enterprise requirement: AI adoption needs to operate within the broader digital architecture rather than as an isolated layer.
The regional expansion covers Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Argentina, five significant Latin American economies with increasingly sophisticated digital commerce and technology ecosystems.
Mexico and Brazil, in particular, represent large addressable markets for enterprise software providers. Brazil has one of the region's largest digital economies, while Mexico's proximity to the U.S. and expanding digital infrastructure make it strategically important for global companies.
For Sitecore, establishing stronger local delivery capabilities can help address the complexity of serving enterprises across different languages, currencies, regulations and customer behaviors.
For TEAM, the exclusive reseller arrangement could create a more consistent regional operating model rather than treating each market as a separate sales opportunity.
The enterprise customer experience market is highly competitive.
Sitecore competes with large technology ecosystems including Adobe, Salesforce and Optimizely. These providers increasingly combine content management, personalization, analytics, commerce and AI capabilities.
The competitive question is consequently moving beyond individual platform functionality.
Enterprise buyers increasingly need to evaluate total implementation costs, integration requirements, governance, scalability and the availability of skilled regional support.
TEAMCX's regional specialization could provide an advantage in that context, although its longer-term success will depend on execution, customer adoption and the ability to demonstrate measurable business outcomes from Sitecore deployments.
TEAM International's expanded Sitecore relationship illustrates how enterprise martech vendors are using regional partners to extend their reach while addressing implementation and support requirements.
For Latin American enterprises, the value proposition is potentially significant if a single partner can assume responsibility across licensing, deployment, optimization and managed services. Consolidating accountability can reduce the coordination burden associated with multi-vendor digital transformation projects.
However, platform consolidation alone will not resolve underlying data or organizational problems. Enterprises still need strong governance, interoperable systems, accurate customer data and clear ownership of digital experiences.
The broader market is therefore moving toward experience orchestration rather than simply experience software. Vendors and partners that can connect technology with implementation, data governance and ongoing optimization are likely to be better positioned as enterprises move deeper into AI-enabled customer experiences.
