Syntax Systems , a global leader in technological solutions and services for implementing and managing cloud applications, and Montreal-based Solutions Beyond Technologies  today announced the successful conclusion of the acquisition. With this transaction, announced on October 3, 2023, Beyond – a professional services firm specializing in the integration of SAP® solutions and the optimization of business performance – joins the Syntax family.

The combination of Syntax and Beyond will create a team of more than 2,800 experts serving more than 900 clients in the mid-sized and large enterprise market globally, with 26 business locations located in the Americas, Europe , in Africa and Asia.
