Leadership Changes & Audit Committee Transition

• Ed Gillis, current Audit Committee Chair, will step down on March 31, 2025.
• Jan Hauser will assume the role of Audit Committee Chair.
• Mr. Gillis will step down from the Board on June 12, 2025, after serving since 2015.

• Former VP, Chief Accounting Officer & Controller at GE.

• Holds a B.B.A. in Accounting, summa cum laude, from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
