SOAX, a leading provider of intelligent web data collection solutions, today announced its acquisition of Rampage Proxies, a pioneer in multivendor proxy management and smart routing technology. This strategic move strengthens SOAX’s proxy and scraping infrastructure to better serve the rapidly growing needs of AI-focused organizations requiring scalable and enterprise-grade web data tools.
As real-time web data demand accelerates, engineering teams face mounting pressure to deliver faster results with minimal failures. Rampage Proxies has built adaptive routing and smart proxy selection systems to enhance speed and success rates in data collection. Integrating this technology enables SOAX to improve platform performance, offering faster data delivery, increased scraping success, and intelligent failover capabilities that maintain reliability even amid network disruptions.
Stepan Solovev, CEO of SOAX, commented:
“This acquisition reflects our commitment to simplifying web data access at scale. Rampage brought real innovation to proxy performance, and now that capability will help our customers move faster, extract smarter, and keep their data workflows running smoothly regardless of scale or complexity.”
Rampage Proxies customers will migrate to SOAX between June 10 and July 10, 2025. Following migration, Rampage’s services will redirect to SOAX. The Rampage team is joining SOAX, bringing extensive experience across diverse data use cases to strengthen SOAX’s service offerings for enterprise clients.
Migrated customers will benefit from SOAX’s comprehensive suite of web data products, including:
Proprietary high-performance proxy network
Web Unblocker tool for seamless website data extraction for AI applications
50+ domain-specific scraper APIs
This acquisition builds upon SOAX’s earlier acquisition of ProxyWow, which enhanced ISP proxy coverage with static, residential-grade IPs essential for session-based scraping. Together, these moves advance SOAX’s vision of delivering a unified, resilient, and compliant platform for enterprise web data access.
Ryan Hooper, CEO of Rampage Proxies, stated:
“Rampage was built to solve the real-world challenges data teams face every day. Joining SOAX means our technology can now make an even bigger impact for AI and automation teams who need reliable, uninterrupted access to critical web data.”
