Open World, the strategic powerhouse behind creator-led marketing and brand integration in gaming, is entering a new chapter of growth with the appointment of three senior executives. As part of a broader initiative to scale its product verticals and deepen impact across the gaming ecosystem, Open World welcomes Adam Dempsky as SVP of Creator Programs, Kerri Norton as EVP of Research & Data Analytics, and Bryanna Goecke as EVP of Brand Sales.
This leadership expansion is a key milestone in Open World’s mission to provide end-to-end support for publishers, brands, and content creators by delivering data-backed, community-centric, and creator-driven marketing solutions.
The three new leaders will guide and build out major product pillars that underpin Open World’s integrated marketing strategy:
Dempsky will spearhead the Creator Programs vertical, a solution built to help brands run scalable, sustainable influencer marketing campaigns grounded in performance data.
“We’re leveraging a unique powerhouse of data across the social space—beyond gaming—to drive smarter influencer selection,” said Dempsky.
“My goal is to develop proprietary tools that empower clients to manage long-term creator strategies tailored to their audience and goals.”
Norton will lead the Behavior Analytics function, developing real-time insights across game platforms and communities to inform every phase of a brand’s campaign lifecycle.
“Behavior analytics is the foundation of smart marketing decisions,” Norton stated.
“With access to a global dataset of over a million gamers, we’re filling gaps in competitive intelligence, audience behavior, and the full player journey.”
Goecke will drive the commercial strategy across endemic and non-endemic brand partnerships, helping Open World connect consumer brands with high-value gaming audiences.
“Gaming is no longer niche—it’s a cultural force,” said Goecke.
“We’re equipped with the expertise and insights to be true strategic partners for brands and agencies entering the gaming ecosystem.”
This leadership expansion aligns with Open World's 2024 launch of its Community Management offering, forming a comprehensive suite of services that span:
Creator-driven campaigns
Real-time behavioral data
Go-to-market commercial strategy
Authentic, community-first brand engagement
Together, these verticals enable Open World to support every stage of the marketing funnel—from awareness to advocacy—with precision and creativity.
“These new additions to the team are a huge level-up,” said Chris Hopper, COO of Loaded Holdings (Open World’s parent company).
“Their leadership allows us to pitch and execute bold new strategies that empower brands to make data-smart, creator-aligned decisions.”
The executive appointments follow J Eatedali’s recent elevation to President of Open World, signaling a strong momentum toward deeper integration between gaming culture and brand strategy.
“With the addition of Bryanna, Adam, and Kerri, we are pushing full steam ahead with our core strengths—data-backed decision-making, creator-led storytelling, and gaming-first community building,” said Eatedali.
“This team is poised to redefine how companies engage with the gaming ecosystem.”
As gaming continues to evolve into a multi-dimensional media landscape, Open World’s expanded leadership team positions the company as the go-to partner for brands and publishers looking to craft impactful, authentic, and measurable campaigns within the gaming universe.
With Dempsky, Norton, and Goecke at the helm of its vertical growth strategy, Open World is solidifying its role as a transformative force at the intersection of gaming, creators, and commercial innovation.
