North Media has announced that Group CEO, Lasse Ingemann Brodt, will take on an additional role as interim CEO of FK Distribution A/S, the Group’s largest subsidiary, effective April 24, 2025. He replaces Andreas Hald, who departs the company by mutual agreement after serving as CEO since April 2023.
1. Leadership Transition at FK Distribution
Lasse Ingemann Brodt will serve as interim CEO for up to one year.
He will simultaneously continue his responsibilities as Group CEO of North Media.
The move ensures strong continuity and leadership across all North Media businesses during the transition.
2. FK Distribution’s Role and Performance
FK Distribution is Denmark’s leading distributor of retail offers, local newspapers, and targeted mail.
In 2024, it packed and delivered over 1.1 billion items to Danish households.
The business generated DKK 787 million in revenue last year.
3. North Media’s Core Business Areas
Last Mile:
FK Distribution (Denmark) and SDR Svensk Direktreklam (Sweden) lead the distribution of leaflets and local papers.
Digital Services:
BoligPortal: Denmark’s leading home rentals platform.
MineTilbud: A leading digital offer platform.
Bekey: Provider of digital access solutions for homecare and delivery services.
4. Focus During the Interim Period
Brodt will work closely with the Group Executive Board to continue operating and developing all North Media businesses.
The Group will begin the search for a permanent CEO for FK Distribution.
