North Media has announced that Group CEO, Lasse Ingemann Brodt, will take on an additional role as interim CEO of FK Distribution A/S, the Group’s largest subsidiary, effective April 24, 2025. He replaces Andreas Hald, who departs the company by mutual agreement after serving as CEO since April 2023.

  • FK Distribution (Denmark) and SDR Svensk Direktreklam (Sweden) lead the distribution of leaflets and local papers.

• Digital Services:

  • BoligPortal: Denmark’s leading home rentals platform.

  • MineTilbud: A leading digital offer platform.

  • Bekey: Provider of digital access solutions for homecare and delivery services.

4. Focus During the Interim Period

• Brodt will work closely with the Group Executive Board to continue operating and developing all North Media businesses.

• The Group will begin the search for a permanent CEO for FK Distribution.
