MyStarChain Launches Verified Fan Intelligence Graph

Consumer brands and entertainment companies are looking for more reliable ways to understand audience behavior as social metrics, surveys and inferred audiences become increasingly difficult to distinguish from genuine customer intent. MyStarChain is entering this market with MyStarGraph, a fan intelligence platform designed to turn verified participation in public blockchain voting into structured audience data.

MyStarGraph is built on MyStarPick, MyStarChain's fan voting platform, which the company says has recorded more than 2.8 million votes from approximately 180,000 fans across more than 50 competitions and awards since 2021, with zero reported tampering incidents.

The platform's proposition centers on connecting verified fan actions to the artists, candidates, brands and events those individuals actively support. Rather than relying primarily on social engagement, demographic assumptions or survey responses, MyStarChain says each authenticated vote becomes a data point within its Global Fan Data Graph.

Market Landscape

Audience intelligence in entertainment is increasingly connected to marketing, commerce and customer data strategies. Social-media following can provide visibility into popularity, but it does not necessarily demonstrate that an individual has taken a meaningful action such as voting, attending or purchasing.

MyStarChain's blockchain-based approach attempts to address that distinction. Votes are recorded on a public blockchain, creating a permanent transaction record that users can independently verify, according to the company. Voters do not need a cryptocurrency wallet or specialized technical knowledge to participate.

The company says MyStarPick's infrastructure currently delivers 99.5% transaction reliability and has experienced no tampering incidents since 2021. Those figures are company-reported performance claims rather than independently verified industry benchmarks.

MyStarGraph extends the voting infrastructure into an audience intelligence layer. Its outputs include artist influence rankings, regional fan engagement maps, cultural-demand forecasts and vote-integrity reporting.

Strategic Outlook

The more significant MarTech opportunity is the platform's attempt to connect verified engagement with measurable consumer outcomes.

MyStarChain says organizers can use its Partner Console to monitor participation during live events, while consumer brands can potentially use verified fan activity to connect audience engagement with downstream actions.

In one proof of concept involving a global brand, participants received redemption codes after voting, while the platform tracked whether those codes were subsequently used in physical stores. The model creates a potential connection between participation data and purchase behavior, although the release does not provide conversion rates or revenue results from the test.

The approach could become relevant as brands seek alternatives to audience models based entirely on inferred interests. However, the commercial value of a verified identity graph will depend on factors including scale, consent, data governance, interoperability and the ability to demonstrate outcomes beyond participation.

MyStarChain has also entered MyStarGraph in the CES 2027 Innovation Awards program, extending visibility for the technology beyond entertainment voting into the broader technology market.

Top Insights

  1. Verified participation becomes a customer-data signal, rather than simply a voting mechanism.
  2. Blockchain provides an auditable voting record, according to MyStarChain.
  3. MyStarGraph connects fans with their chosen artists, brands and events through a structured data graph.
  4. Redemption tracking could connect engagement to commerce, creating a potential attribution pathway.
  5. Scale remains a key consideration as verified audience intelligence competes with established data and identity solutions.
