Nikhil Raj joins as President, and Patrick Harrington joins as Head of AI/ML. Nikhil Raj: A Veteran in Retail Media
With over 15 years of experience in retail media, Nikhil Raj is a highly respected figure in the industry. Raj was a key member of the founding team of Walmart's advertising business (WMX, now Walmart Connect). He played a significant role in leading Moloco's retail media business, growing its revenue by an impressive 6X within just two years. Additionally, Raj founded and scaled the global retail media practice at Bain & Company, bringing a wealth of knowledge in managing retail media across retailers, marketplaces, brands, and tech/data vendors.
As President, Raj will be responsible for overseeing MetaRouter’s retail media initiatives and further enhancing its product offerings. His vast expertise will drive the company’s efforts to address critical challenges in the retail media ecosystem.
Patrick Harrington: AI/ML Expertise to Drive Product Innovation
Patrick Harrington, Ph.D., brings a wealth of knowledge in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). Previously serving as Head of AI/ML at Modern Treasury, Harrington has also held pivotal roles as Head of Machine Learning Platforms at Block and GM of AI/ML at Workday. He is recognized for his ability to leverage AI and ML to drive product innovation and operational efficiency.
Harrington’s career also includes a collaboration with Raj at Walmart, where they helped build the foundational data and machine learning layer for WMX. At MetaRouter, Harrington will focus on product innovation by utilizing AI and ML to develop agentic AI solutions that enhance the value customers capture and accelerate their time to value.
