Market intelligence teams are being asked to monitor more competitors, regulations, technologies and consumer shifts without a proportional increase in analyst capacity. Market Logic Software is targeting that gap with DeepSights Radar, an AI-powered capability designed to continuously monitor market developments and turn new signals into structured intelligence.
Announced September 16, 2026, DeepSights Radar adds an always-on layer to Market Logic's DeepSights market intelligence platform. Instead of requiring analysts to repeatedly search through research collections, the system uses AI agents to monitor selected industries and strategic topics, update market profiles and highlight what has changed.
The core idea behind DeepSights Radar is a shift from periodic research toward continuous market intelligence. The platform's AI agents analyze research entering a customer's DeepSights environment against the organization's terminology and areas of interest. They then maintain evolving profiles covering competitors, trends, regulatory developments and other market forces.
That distinction matters. A conventional research workflow often produces a report at a particular point in time. DeepSights Radar is designed to maintain a "living" view of the market, with new research updating existing intelligence rather than creating another disconnected document.
Market Logic says each claim can be traced back to its source, while a New Learnings summary identifies what has changed since the previous version. That approach is intended to reduce the amount of time analysts spend rereading background material simply to determine whether something materially changed.
The product launches with two monitoring modes: Industry Radar and Topic Radar. Industry Radar is initially available for consumer packaged goods, over-the-counter healthcare and retail, with preconfigured monitoring across demand, supply, regulatory and legislative developments, and competitive activity. Topic Radar is designed for organizations that want to define and monitor a particular strategic issue through a guided setup process.
The launch reflects a broader movement in enterprise software toward agentic analytics. Gartner describes agentic analytics as the use of AI agents across data-to-insight workflows, with agents orchestrating tasks toward defined goals. Gartner also reported in 2025 that 81% of surveyed marketing technology leaders were either piloting or implementing AI-agent initiatives, although 45% of those respondents said vendor-provided agents were not meeting expected business performance.
That gap between adoption and measurable value is particularly relevant to market intelligence. AI-generated summaries are increasingly easy to produce; maintaining reliable, source-traceable intelligence over time is a more demanding problem.
DeepSights Radar therefore competes less directly with generic generative AI assistants and more with market intelligence, competitive intelligence and consumer intelligence platforms. Forrester's 2026 research found that market and competitive intelligence teams often remain small while serving hundreds or thousands of internal stakeholders, with platforms increasingly used to automate sourcing, curation, analysis and distribution.
For enterprise marketing, product and strategy teams, the potential value is not simply faster research. A continuously updated intelligence layer could feed product planning, positioning, go-to-market decisions and competitive monitoring with fewer manual handoffs. The critical test will be whether the agents consistently distinguish meaningful market changes from information noise and preserve enough source context for business teams to validate the conclusions.
Market intelligence software is moving from searchable repositories toward systems that actively discover, synthesize and distribute intelligence. DeepSights Radar follows that direction by combining persistent market profiles with AI-agent monitoring rather than treating each research request as a separate interaction.
The competitive landscape includes dedicated market and competitive intelligence platforms as well as broader consumer intelligence, analytics and enterprise AI tools. Forrester has identified trend identification, forecasting and competitive intelligence among expanding use cases for consumer intelligence platforms.
The distinction for enterprise buyers will increasingly be workflow depth: whether a system can connect external signals to internal research, provide traceable evidence and continuously update the context required for strategic decisions.
DeepSights Radar illustrates how AI agents are beginning to change the operating model for insights teams. The emphasis is moving from asking AI to summarize information toward giving agents responsibility for monitoring defined information environments and surfacing changes.
That model could become particularly relevant as companies integrate market intelligence with enterprise MarTech, product intelligence and strategic planning systems. But automation does not remove the need for governance. Data quality, source reliability, relevance definitions and human validation remain important when AI-generated intelligence influences commercial decisions.
