fullthrottle.ai Turns Paid Search and Social Engagement Into Addressable Household Audiences

fullthrottle.ai has launched Last Mile Audiences, a new AdTech capability designed to turn paid search and social engagement signals into first-party, addressable household audiences that marketers can activate across CTV, online video, audio and direct mail.

The launch tackles a familiar problem in performance advertising: a consumer can click an ad, interact with a campaign or show clear purchase intent without converting immediately. While the advertiser has already paid to generate that signal, the resulting audience often remains tied to the platform where the engagement occurred.

Last Mile Audiences is designed to make that signal usable beyond the original channel.

fullthrottle.ai says its new capability identifies households that have engaged with paid social, paid search and other supported signals, then makes those households available for additional media activation through its platform.

Instead of treating a search click or social interaction as the end of a campaign touchpoint, marketers can use the engagement as a starting point for the next stage of the customer journey.

That can include reaching the same addressable household through connected TV, online video, audio and direct mail, allowing advertisers to continue nurturing consumers who have demonstrated interest but have not yet converted.

The idea fits a broader shift in advertising toward connecting first-party data, audience identity and measurable outcomes. The Interactive Advertising Bureau projects U.S. digital video advertising will surpass $80 billion in 2026, with CTV, online video and social video increasingly competing for performance-oriented budgets. IAB also says audience information remains critical to digital video campaign effectiveness as AI adoption accelerates and signal loss continues to challenge targeting and measurement.

fullthrottle.ai's approach is differentiated by its emphasis on household-level activation. The company already describes its platform as identifying first-party household audiences and activating them across CTV, audio, display, video and SmartMail, while measuring outcomes through closed-loop attribution.

Last Mile Audiences extends that model to paid-media engagement.

A marketer running a paid search campaign, for example, may generate significant traffic from consumers researching a service but not yet ready to purchase. Rather than allowing those signals to remain inside search, the advertiser can potentially move the resulting household audience into another channel and maintain continuity in the campaign.

The same principle applies to paid social.

This creates an important distinction between audience intelligence and audience activation. Knowing that a consumer has interacted with advertising is useful, but the commercial value increases when that signal can inform the next media decision.

fullthrottle.ai is also introducing rolling household windows to add recency controls. Marketers can segment households into four periods — 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 91–120 days — and combine those windows according to the expected consideration cycle of a product or service.

That gives advertisers another layer of control. A home services marketer might prioritize households showing recent intent, while an automotive, financial-services or higher-consideration advertiser could use a longer window to maintain engagement.

The company's existing platform documentation shows a similar emphasis on recency and household-level behavioral signals. Its audience system can incorporate factors including pages visited, shopping-journey duration, distance from stores, behavioral recency and other signals to develop audience insights.

Last Mile Audiences will automatically appear in fullthrottle.ai's Audience Library, while the company's AI Media Agent can recommend relevant audiences during campaign construction. That reduces the need for marketers or agencies to create a separate audience-building workflow.

This is arguably the more significant part of the launch. The product is not simply adding another retargeting audience type; it is attempting to make audience creation part of media planning and activation.

That direction is consistent with the broader convergence of first-party data and cross-channel advertising. Google, for example, already supports the activation of first-party audiences across CTV through Display & Video 360, demonstrating the industry's movement toward extending known audiences beyond their original digital environments.

The competitive question will be how effectively fullthrottle.ai can maintain identity resolution, privacy controls, recency and measurement as audiences move between channels.

For advertisers, however, the underlying proposition is straightforward: the money spent generating intent should create value beyond the initial click or engagement.

Market Landscape

The advertising industry is moving from isolated channel optimization toward more connected audience and outcome strategies.

Search and social remain powerful demand-generation environments, but advertisers increasingly want to understand what happens after the initial interaction. At the same time, CTV, online video and audio are becoming increasingly important parts of performance-oriented media plans.

That creates demand for technology capable of connecting audience signals across otherwise fragmented environments.

Google's advertising ecosystem, retail media platforms, data providers and independent AdTech companies are all moving toward versions of this model. The competitive differentiator is increasingly less about simply having audience data and more about how quickly that data can become actionable, addressable and measurable.

fullthrottle.ai's household-level approach puts it in that emerging category.

Its existing platform already supports first-party audiences derived from website activity and other data sources, while its transaction and conversion systems can connect identified households with marketing activity and downstream transactions.

Strategic Outlook

Last Mile Audiences points to a broader evolution in performance advertising: paid media engagement is becoming an audience asset rather than a disposable campaign signal.

That could be particularly useful for advertisers with longer consideration cycles, local service businesses and brands using multiple media formats. Instead of rebuilding audiences independently for every channel, marketers can potentially carry intent forward and change the message or channel according to recency.

The bigger opportunity is closed-loop optimization.

If an advertiser can connect the original paid-media interaction with subsequent CTV, video, audio or direct-mail exposure and eventually a transaction, media teams gain a more complete view of how different channels contribute to conversion.

For agencies, that could also change campaign planning. Search and social would no longer necessarily represent isolated performance channels; they could become audience-generation engines for broader omnichannel campaigns.

The challenge will be proving that household-level activation produces incremental outcomes rather than simply adding more impressions to people who were already likely to convert.

That makes measurement as important as targeting. The next competitive battleground in AdTech may not be who can identify the most audiences, but who can demonstrate that turning fragmented intent signals into addressable audiences actually produces more revenue.
