FLOVA PTE. LTD. has fully integrated Seedance 2.5 into its AI-powered video creation platform, Flova.ai, expanding the product from a prompt-driven video generation tool into an agent-led production workflow.
The integration places video generation within a broader process covering storyboarding, asset management, revisions and rough cuts. Rather than requiring creators to generate individual clips separately, Flova.ai is designed to use an AI Agent to coordinate production around a project’s overall context.
Flova.ai launched globally in October 2025 as an AI-native video platform built around an AI Agent. The platform combines image and video generation models with project memory, contextual understanding, asset management, timeline workflows and reusable Skills.
With Seedance 2.5 integrated across its product lines, users can provide a creative brief, script or broader production direction. The platform’s Agent is then designed to interpret the project context and coordinate different production tasks.
The platform supports script uploads of up to 300,000 Chinese characters in a single submission. Users can also include character profiles, world-building materials, brand guidelines and other production requirements. These materials can remain part of the project context, allowing creators to work on selected episodes or scenes without repeatedly supplying the same background information.
For marketing teams and content creators, this model points toward a workflow in which AI video generation becomes part of a larger content-production system rather than an isolated generation step.
Another component of Flova.ai is its Skills system, introduced with the platform’s 1.0 release. Skills are designed as reusable AI-driven creative methods rather than basic prompt templates.
Creators can encode preferred workflows, prompting approaches and aesthetic requirements into Skills and reuse them across projects. Flova.ai currently offers more than 100 professional Skills spanning video, image, music and voice-over production, alongside an open community where users can discover and reuse shared Skills.
The approach is particularly relevant to repeatable marketing content, where consistency in visual style, messaging and production processes can be as important as the speed of generation.
AI video platforms have increasingly moved beyond basic text-to-video generation toward tools that address editing, asset management and multi-step production. The competitive distinction is consequently shifting from the ability to generate a clip toward how effectively AI can manage context and maintain consistency throughout a project.
Flova’s agent-native approach targets this workflow challenge by positioning the creator as the director while the AI Agent handles operational tasks across production stages.
The integration of Seedance 2.5 reflects the broader evolution of generative AI video toward intent-driven production. If these systems can reliably retain project context and execute multi-stage workflows, they could reduce repetitive production work for creative and marketing teams.
However, the practical value will depend on output quality, consistency, controllability and how well AI-generated workflows integrate with established production processes.
