Ansira Partners, Inc., a global leader in marketing technology and solutions, has announced the appointment of Brian Shin as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Reporting to Paul Tibbitt, Ansira’s CEO, Shin will oversee the company’s global finance, accounting, corporate development, and legal functions. His return to the Ansira team comes at a time of continued growth and transformation for the company.

Brian Shin’s Background and Experience

Brian Shin brings over 20 years of experience in finance, marketing, and technology sectors. Prior to his appointment at Ansira, Shin served as the Chief Financial Officer at CSSI Services, where he managed all aspects of finance, including long-term strategy and acquisitions. His leadership and expertise were pivotal in the company’s financial operations.

Shin's extensive experience also includes serving as the Senior Vice President of FP&A, Client Finance, and Corporate Treasury at Ansira. During his tenure, he successfully established the FP&A team and developed planning processes that contributed to Ansira’s growth, including the finance integration of Ansira’s 2020 acquisition of Sincro.

His previous roles also include positions at PwC and Samsung, further solidifying his expertise in finance and corporate strategy.

Educational Background

Shin holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from The University of Texas at Austin. In addition, he completed the Harvard Business School Executive Education program in June 2020, further enhancing his leadership and strategic expertise.
