Content has been the evergreen element to steer your plane in incline mode. The Content Marketing Institute conducted the ContentTECH Summit, wherein a session, “The 2023 Content Experience,” Robert Rose, Sarah Ryan, and Dennis Wright discussed the importance and endless possibilities of content.
They expressed their fair amount of experience and knowledge to highlight how content can lift your growth curve.
Dennis, Field Marketing Manager at Bynder, guided us through Bynder’s story and pointed out these key trends that impact content created in 2023:
1. Platforms and procedures for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C transactions are converging within major international organizations.
2. The scale of content experiences depends on DAM.
3. Making investments in composable design, where software adapts to the business roadmap rather than the other way around.
4. Finding cost savings through efficiency, reuse, and agency footprint reduction.
Sarah Ryan expressed her views as the Lead Brand Designer at Flex. She mentioned how Flex functions with its various teams so efficiently and makes use of 33,000 Bynder users for a good workflow.
She explained how to drive content creation toward revenue step by step:
Marketing Teams Develop Collateral --> Corporate Messaging & Brand Check --> Add the Sales Hub Page --> Collateral Compliance --> Quarterly Metric & Feedback Meeting
And last but not least, here are Sarah’s tips and tricks:
1. Reliable nomenclature
2. Instructional videos
3. Regular coordination meetings
4. Specific content owners who are in charge of maintaining the currency of the assets
5. Focus on the final result
6. Metrics
