Noibu, an ecommerce operations platform, has introduced six AI agents covering conversion optimization, experimentation, accessibility, technical errors, site performance and advertising efficiency. The launch represents a broader shift in ecommerce technology from systems that identify opportunities to platforms designed to participate directly in the optimization process.

The six agents include a CRO Agent, A/B Testing Agent, ADA Compliance Agent, Bug Resolution Agent, Performance Agent and ROAS Agent. According to Noibu, they operate against store-specific behavioral, commercial and technical data, including customer journeys, click activity, Core Web Vitals, errors and checkout events.

The distinction is important because ecommerce teams have traditionally had to move recommendations through separate workflows. An analytics platform might identify a conversion problem, while developers implement a fix, marketers establish an experiment and analysts later determine whether the change produced an improvement.

Noibu is attempting to connect those stages into one operating loop: detect, diagnose, recommend, act and validate.

Human approval remains part of the process. Changes are not automatically pushed to a live storefront without an individual approving the deployment, while technical fixes can be generated as pull requests for review.

The platform is designed to work across several commerce environments, including Shopify, commercetools, Adobe Commerce and BigCommerce, as well as headless implementations. That cross-platform data layer is central to Noibu's proposition because agentic optimization requires access to both the problem and the outcome.

The more significant development may therefore be less about individual AI agents and more about connecting commerce analytics, experimentation, development and measurement into a continuous workflow.
