Cyara has appointed Ben Corser as General Manager and Senior Vice President of Go-to-Market for Asia-Pacific (APAC), adding dedicated regional leadership as enterprises increasingly deploy AI agents and automated customer experiences.

The appointment strengthens Cyara's focus on Australia and the wider APAC market, where the customer experience technology company says it already serves major organizations, including two of Australia's Big Four banks, two of its three national mobile network operators and the country's largest supermarket retailer.

Corser joins Cyara with experience across cloud, enterprise software and go-to-market operations in Asia-Pacific. Most recently with NiCE, he has also held leadership positions at Matterport, SAP, EMC, Nokia and Microsoft. His background includes developing partner ecosystems and leading growth initiatives for enterprise technology businesses.

The leadership change comes as companies move from experimenting with generative and agentic AI toward deploying AI in customer-facing environments. That transition creates a different set of requirements for marketing and customer experience teams, particularly around whether automated systems deliver consistent experiences and comply with organizational expectations.

Cyara describes itself as an AI trust company for customer experience. Its platform is designed to help organizations test and monitor AI agents and customer journeys before and after deployment.

At the company's Agentic CX Summit in Melbourne on September 8, CEO Sushil Kumar is expected to address the role of trust in moving AI agents from pilots into production. Chief Product Officer Amitha Pulijala will demonstrate capabilities within Cyara's Agentic Platform, including testing AI-agent behavior and end-to-end customer journeys before deployment.

The company will also showcase Cyara AI Trust Observability, which is positioned around continuously evaluating whether AI agents behave as intended after they go live. This reflects a broader shift from measuring whether automated systems are operational toward assessing the quality and reliability of the customer interactions they generate.

Market Landscape

AI is increasingly becoming part of customer-facing workflows, including conversational experiences, service interactions and automated journeys. For marketing and CX leaders, this expands the scope of customer experience management beyond traditional digital channels.

AI agents can introduce variability because their responses and actions may change according to context. As a result, organizations deploying these systems need mechanisms to test customer journeys before launch and monitor behavior after deployment.

The challenge is particularly relevant for enterprises operating across multiple markets, where customer expectations, regulatory requirements and technology environments can vary.

Strategic Outlook

Corser's appointment gives Cyara a dedicated executive responsible for translating its AI trust and customer experience proposition across APAC. His regional go-to-market background could also support relationships with enterprise customers and technology partners.

Cyara's continued emphasis on AI-agent testing, observability, quality and compliance indicates that the company is positioning trust as a layer alongside AI capability. The competitive opportunity will depend on how effectively enterprises integrate these controls into existing CX and AI operations.
